I’m not the founder of Boss Nation record label – Lil Win


Kumawood actor and comedian, Kwadwo Nkansah well known as Lil Win has finally confessed he is not the original owner of the popular music record label Boss Nation after confusion broke out in the camp of the label earlier last week.

Lil Win and his former manager ZackGh as well as Execution Entertainment signee Sheri Boss have severally claimed ownership of the label leaving fans confused as to who really owns it.

Busumburu Sean Kingston Head of Wezzy Empire has indicated that Lil Win joined the record label and is not the founder as sections claim. Lil Win has now founded his record label dubbed Weezy Empire.

Busumburu explained that, Lil Win needed to leave the label because there were lots of controversies surrounding its management.

The record label also comprises conglomerate of businesses of the actor including; Weezy Movies, Weezy Event, Weezy Investment and so on.

When asked if the actor signed a contract under Boss Nation, Busimburu affirmed that “No, Lil Win didn’t have any documented contract with Boss Nation. There was no contract from the scratch”.

“The Record Label is registered in the name of Lil Win. When you go to registrar Generals department, it’s registered in the name of Lil Win”.

“This is because at the time Lil Win joined Boss Nation, the record Label wasn’t registered”.

“We registered it when we saw that the record label had lots of controversies on whom the real owner was. That was when one Sheri Boss come into the scene claiming he founded it whiles others did the same”.   Busumburu Sean Kingston Head of Wezzy Investment said in an interview with Abusua Fm

The former blogger of Lil Win indicated that the new record label, “Weezy Empire will now write an official letter to Registrar Generals Department to make it intentions of dissociating itself from Boss Nation”.

“Lil Win is ready to make change of ownership to those claiming to be owners of the label”, he affirmed.
